Eligibility Criteria
- Employment status must be active and full-time at the time the application is submitted and on the date any tuition reimbursement is paid
- Satisfactory work performance at the time of the application
- The course or program must be related to the employee’s current job
Application process
To apply, an application must be submitted through Workday Learning at least 2 weeks prior to the course or program start date for pre-approval. The application will be automatically routed to the appropriate department or division head and Corporate Learning for final approval. At the end of the course or program, you must use the “Request Tuition Reimbursement Payment” application in Workday Learning to submit grades or certificate of completion, expenses, and proof of payment.
Reimbursement Information
The maximum tuition reimbursement is $5,250 per calendar year. Courses are reimbursed based on the following schedule:
Undergraduate
- Grade of A or B: 100% reimbursement
- Grade of C: 70% reimbursement
- Grade of D and below: No reimbursement
Graduate
- Grade of A or B: 100% reimbursement
- Grade of C and below: No reimbursement
Tuition, required fees, books and e-books are eligible for reimbursement. Funds received from other sources, such as scholarships or government sponsored programs will be reimbursed only when the total tuition exceeds the scholarship/grant amount.
